For all you lucky New Yorkers in the Upper East Side who get to eat at Momofuku's on a regular basis, I envy you. For the rest of us I have good news: there's a new cookbook available to the public. I found this one at Amazon.com. Last time I went to New York I had the ginger scallion noodles and my life was changed. So fresh, flavorful, and delicious! I wonder if the recipe for soft serve cereal milk is in there. That's something everyone needs to experience at least once. If you ever go to the Milk Bar I highly recommend the Blueberry Cream Cookie.
