This just looks like a lot of fun. image
I totally did it! It felt amazing to feel so centered and in control of my body. I never thought I could ever do something as scary as a headstand and the fact that I did it without the aid of a wall or someone to catch my ankles makes me pretty happy. I feel like a (semi) true yogi!
I think I deserve one of these awesome yoga cookies.

That's awesome! Your dance training must be really useful for learning yoga, you already know and control your body so much differently than the rest of us!
WOW!! That really looks fantastic!! And a lot of fun! I love the little yoga cookies!! LOL!! So cute!! ;) Happy Friday! have a great weekend!
Yay, congrats! Yoga has been on my mind lately... I used to practice regularly, and I miss it. I have the tightest hips of all time, which as you know, for a dancer, isn't the best thing in the world. So. Trying to figure out how to get back into yoga on my uber-hella-tight budget...
Happy weekend!

That's great that you did a yoga headstand! Congrats!
FANTASTIC! Headstand??? I wish you lived down here so we could go together. I am going to start up yoga again next week... you inspired me, Tiffany! xo
ps love the photo...and...mmm...the cookies!!!
Thanks for your sweet comment...By the way, do you dance professionally? I've been going to the Festival Ballet in Providence, RI A LOT since I was a child because my godparents are hard core ballet lovers and patrons. Have you heard of Festival Ballet? Where do you dance? xoxo

& Those cookies are the cutest thing I've seen today! Lovely weekend!!
xo
congratulations!
I think I need to start yoga.
Those cookies are adorable.
Congratulations! I love the headstand and used to do it for hours (slightly exaggerating, but as an ex yoga teacher I did a lot of head and handstands). You definitely deserve one of these sweet yoga cookies. Happy weekend!
Yoga is the only activity that my boyfriend said he'll do with me. He's a surfer so its good to know how to balance yourself! As far as exercise goes, my new favorite activity is rollerskating. Sometimes I take my dog with me and let her pull me around!
what a capture

i am inlove with yoga, i want to do some that is that intense!
so amazing. totally jealous. <3
wish i could come and do it with you!!! you do look great!
Where do you do yoga? I take it at Sac City College since its free for me there. I haven't taken it in a bit but I plan to over the summer. I love yoga. I love how it makes you feel strong and centered. Also, where do you dance? I am starting to do some research on the local companies other than sac ballet.
I found proper pilates very good for inner core and strength.
BTW- re Subaru- You are right! they are good. and have great resale. I work in the car industry ( real estate) as an auctioneer, so I get to buy cars at Wholesale price, drive them and then sell them. The idea is to not lose money... :o) I hope to do the same with the Evo!
Maybe its about movement. As Sylvie Guillem said "movement is life and life is movement".... thats why I like cars, dance etc...
Those cookies look tasty! And that's wonderful, I definitely want to get back into yoga soon :)
you are kidding me? that looks soo awesome, but definitely don't think i could ever do that...jealous!!!
i've done pilates and my body seriously shakes during workouts like tthose. if you saw how unflexible i was you would probably cry.
love the cookies and unfortunately never been able to do yoga but planning to back into dancing... have a nice weekend!
Congrats on your first yoga headstand! And cookies are definitely the way to celebrate.
My workouts weren't too good this week, having finals and papers and a conference. Today, I'm going to start to get everything back on track.
I can't do a headstand, but I can do that one where you're balancing on your head and your legs are balancing on your arms. You know the one? I'm always very proud of myself when I can do it as others are dropping like flies :)
Congrats!! That is a great accomplishment. I did yoga in swings/hammocks a few times, as in your picture. It was so fun, although not as good of workout as traditional flow yoga.
The yoga cookies are so cute!!!
