Spring Treats

I love Springtime treats.  I'd love to pack these in a picnic basket, eat them along the river, and then maybe fly a pink butterfly kite with my fellow foodie friends.

A fun little Personalized Cookie Birdhouse.

Can we please start a movement to build cookie birdhouses in the Spring?  Gingerbread houses once a year just isn't enough.

i was JUST introduced to petits fours and almost passed out they were so good! if i had an endless supply i would not be able to stop eating them. they are dangerously little and innocent looking. very sweet for a spring treat :)

I love the little birdhouse. It's a great project. Who said you only need gingerbread at Christmas.

The first two pictures make me think of Marie Antoinette. And I second that...cookie birdhouses in the spring sounds like a phenomenal idea! I only hope they turn out more edible than my failed attempts at gingerbread houses!! :)

I love those treats too! I actually have my own special petit fours recipe that is divine. Also, Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates downtown has quite possibly the most delicious macaroons on the planet!
