Princesses

I teach a lesson to my little Magical Ballet class that's called "Delicate Hands."  We sit in a circle with nice posture and pretend we are princesses with elaborate gowns, delicate tiaras, diamond rings, and white satin gloves.  We then begin to pick either flowers from the garden or stars from the sky.  It's a game to promote gentleness in the fingers but I love it because I love being a princess.

You can join me today in standing a little taller (as to not let your tiara fall), handle objects more gently, wear a little more jewelry, and spend your day feeling like a princess. And maybe pick a few flowers and stars along the way.

PS... when you go to Disneyland you feel like a Princess every day.

Thanks for the posture reminder. I was literally slouching when I read that part. What would I do without you?:)

Love this post! I'm wearing a flower on my lapel today, it's cream and orange and red and sings Princess to me!

I am so not like this and I wish I was! I am more of a goober and I am sloppy. So not princes like. I need to be more gentle and I sat up straight right when I read this!

Can I please take this dance class with you? I love pretending to be a princess. When I danced ballet, I always used to think that my hands were brushing the dew or rain drops off flower petals.

How sweet, I bet the children are just adorable during this leason!!! And I love that you have so much fun doing it, that's perfect.
Posture is my downfall, but today, I will work extra hard. =)

I love your teaching methods, Tiffany, and will certainly try to stand a bit taller, handle objects more gently and generally be less of a klutz. Picking flowers comes naturally...

I love the way you used the sentiment of princesses to convey good posture, standing taller, and being a little more regal in everything you do!! :)
