Ballet Class in London

While dancing at the Laban University in London for the two week intensive,
I met some incredible dancers from Korea.
In ballet class I would sometimes look at them and laugh-
It was just unbelievable how good they were!

I liked my ballet class but it was hard to feel good about successfully completing a triple pirouette when there were other dancers doing way more amazing things.
But that's why intensives are so good for dancers-
you are constantly inspired to push yourself to be better.

It is so wonderful that you have this opportunity, Tiffany! The main thing is to take each day in stride, and feel inspired by everyone around you! :)

I can relate to how you're feeling. When I took an intensive fashion illustration course in HS I was awe struck with how amazing some of the other students were. Kinda rocked my confidence a bit but then it made me work harder and push myself. You can do it!

Oh and these photos are gorgeous!!! Happy weekend, sweetie :) xoxo

heck ya! i love it. I think it is so important to make those connections, and to see someones talent push you to work on your own. I am sure therewere people who thought the same of you, you just dont know it :)
I love these pictures. How stunning! Love the black and blue!
Speaking of black and blue.. hows the knee?

Thank you so much for the photographs ... I would have loved to have been a ballet dancer.

I understand that there is much pressure in the world of dance, but each dancer has a character of her own to add to the technical aspects ... and I am sure that you are as inspired in your dance as you must inspire your pupils. Long may you dance!

wow tiffany, those are amazing shots! i absolutely love them. and i totally agree, i love being in the company of people who i greatly admire. when i was younger that used to make me feel so insecure, but as i've grown up i've learned to allow their influence to motivate me, inspire me, and to even teach me. i figure i'll be that inspiring influence at some point to someone else, and i want to have done my own work so i can provide accurate inspiration.

What a fantastic opportunity - and I agree with Mary Lane, a triple pirouette is certainly not to be sneezed at! Gorgeous photos.

it counts to land a triple over and over again...remember that!

These are wonderful pictures, and I am glad that the intensive helped with your dancing!!! And a triple-pirouette is amazing, I do not think that I could even accomplish a single-pirouette!

Wonderful pictures, so much poise! I think this applies to all areas of life - there are others who do it so much better. But if we let this stop or discourage us, we'd never get anywhere... I bet you dance wonderfully too, Tiffany! X
