Bike Ride Surprises

On Saturday Mr. Branflake and I decided to go on our first bike ride since I've been back.
I walked outside where he was pumping my tires (love him!) and I saw the most wonderful thing.

A bike basket!
He completely surprised me with the sweetest wicker basket with leather straps.
(I've been wanting one for over a year now.)
I gave him a big fat kiss and he rode off with a big fat grin.

Any fun bike rides in your life lately?

also head on over to b for bel.
She interviewed me on what it's like to be a professional dancer.
I also gave my thoughts on the movie, Black Swan.

Read and loved your interview. :) And I am so very much with you on the Black Swan... Everyone , i mean -EVERYONE around me thinks I'm crazy that I haven't seen it still, and not planning on watching, but I so 1000000%-ly agree that there is so much of heaviness around in the danceworld as is ( and world in general), why add more by superficial creations, right?

Loved your pictures too. Saw them more then ones before, but I think it's a beautiful combination of all of them together. Loved it.

This is such a wonderful surprise. You are lucky to have Mr. Branflake ... and he obviously adores you.
The wicker basket (with leather straps) is all you need to bike ecstatically.

I need a bike before I can go on some awesome bike rides. This basket that Mr. Branflake bought for you -- it's so sweet. You are one very lucky lady.

Awww, how cute! I don't have my bike with me right now but I love it cause it's an old Schwinn with the wide seat and wide handlebars.
