Dancing Branflake New Year's Eve Party

This New Year's Eve Party balances fun, elegance, and a little bit of gaudiness- just how New Year's Eve should be.

The Decor
Fill up those punch bowls with pomegranate soda and decorate pretty serving trays with bite-sized treats and you've got an elegant yet relaxed  party that encourages guests to mingle, talk, and
 (best of all) dance.
via Martha Stewart

The Menu
A little fancy, a little fun, and a whole lot of flavor.

What I'm Wearing
Black, gold, and a whole lot of sparkle.

The Favor
How about some adorable bottles of
non-alcoholic cocktails for the ride home?

How about you?
What makes a great NYE party?
ps... I do hope you all get a kiss at midnight and promptly report back to me.
(I am a sucker for stories about NYE kisses!)

Sounds lovely -- loving the touch of gloves! I'm spending my NYE with my cousins but my bf will be coming over after dinner to get a kiss! :)

Hope you have a spectacular NYE & New Year's!

That dress will be stunning on you. Happy New Year, Tiffany!! I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by the whole calendar change at the moment, but I'm excited to see what 2012 brings to us (especially on our trip to Scotland).

usually i'm all about the fancy dress, fun dance music of oldies and 80's, and of course lots of favorite people. but after this new year's my answer is sleep. a new year's eve party is only fun if you've had sleep the night before, rather than working a double at a residential clinic with the most intense group of patients. luckily i'm married to a man who could care less when we celebrate the new year, "so look out Jan. 3, we're celebrating you!" :)

Happy 2012! I hope your NYE was wonderful, Tiffany. A combination of champagne and a few Harry Potter movies do it for me.

Hope you had a lovely New Years Eve! Those non-alcohol cocktail favors are pretty cute. I wonder about any good recipes for a "cocktail" that would be super good for the body (hang over deterant) and taste yummy???

My New Year's kiss story: Tristan is here visiting in Washington. All his friends are in DC. We were going to go dancing with another couple, but that couple wasn't able to make it last minute. Instead, I made a delicious dinner, we skyped in to his friend's party and rang in the New Year on East coast and West coast time.
