Dancing on the Rocks

Did you all have a good weekend?
I just came back from Monterey with sand in my toes, salt in my hair, and a smoked mozzarella and prosciutto pizza in my belly.
It was too cold to swim (sad), but the rocks were just perfect for climbing, dancing, and trying to figure out how to get back down again in flip flops.

I always forget that part when I'm being adventurous.

Also, remember when I said I wanted to one day live on the beach?
We saw a house for sale while walking around Carmel.
How much?
Just short of 7 million.

I, um, am thinking we'll be looking at another beach.
ps... thanks for all your comments on Friday's post.
My anxiety level is just beginning to calm down a little.

Lovely photos. Yikes! That is a lot for a place by the beach haha.

Haha! I know! I knew beachfront houses were expensive, but 7 mil seemed a bit excessive. Although, it did have an elevator in it haha.

Oh I too would love to live in Carmel, it's like a fairy tale village. It was scorching here, but that's probably the send of our summer now.

Maybe if all of us bloggers pool our $ together we can afford it and use it like a timeshare... hee hee. Gorgeous photos - love them! xo

Inspired by those Hawaii photos, eh? Maybe you should take a trip over there and see if there are some beaches you fall in love with on one of those islands. But really, I say stick to the West Coast. It has it's own magic, as do you.

Love these photos. I think it captures your spirit and you perfectly. I've always wanted to live by the beach, but we've recently purchased property, 5.8 acres of it and I'm so excited about sharing the details once it's finalized. I have my fingers crossed that you find somewhere soon. Let me tell you, it'll happen when you're least expecting it! xoxox

So pretty! We live in SoCal and you'd better believe I have several multi-million dollar beach homes picked out. You know, for when I win the lottery :P

Tiffany I love love you in these pictures. You look so ethereal and dainty on those rocks - like a mermaid who has vacated the sea to try out her legs and dance. J'adore!

I'm so glad that you had a wonderful weekend! :)

I adore the Carmel area! So much beauty and delicious food. I've tried rock climbing but not rock dancing :)

You look amazing in the photos. Maybe try looking for living near a lake, less expensive but still up there in prices but at least you're near a body of water.

Love these pics so much - super cool :) I so badly want to do the whole sand in toes, salt in hair thing soon – we got a few days of sunshine recently, only enough for an afternoon at the beach though!
