Fog.
Yet another facet of nature I cannot get enough of.
Now, I'm aware of the horribleness of driving in fog. I grew up by a river in Northern California, after all. Yet when it rolls along the water and rests on the trees, I can't help but think of Mr. Rochester and the romantic eeriness of English countrysides. And I get giddy. Real giddy.
I used both my SLR and camera phone to try to capture the foggy beauty. Hiking up and down rocks and slippery grass and wet sand... what an adventure we had at 7 am!

These photos are so haunting and eerie--you're right, so much like the moody English countryside...
I'm obsessed with fog. On foggy mornings, on my drive to school, I see cows in the fog and it makes my heart hurt.
I hate, hate driving through fog but love, love going through fog slowly. I wish i had gone to the English countryside when I lived there, but France can be foggy too!

Aside from driving in the fog, yes I absolutely love FOG. Mostly I am enamored when the sung comes through the branches and the fog exposes the rays... It's brilliant. So hard to capture, but brilliant.
