Professor Branflake

Faculty parking pass... good as gold.

I got a job teaching modern dance at California State University Sacramento! So you all can call me Professor Branflake, haha! Just kidding. That's just weird.

Not only do I have my dream job teaching what I love at a University, I also get a (shared) office, a desk and a FACULTY PARKING PASS! That, my friends, is pretty baller.

Do you like my editing abilities? Heh.
Ever since I announced that I was leaving California to Virginia because of Mr. Branflake's job, a lot of you have been asking when I'll be moving. And rightly so, I mean, isn't that the first question you ask when someone says they're moving?

The truth is, right about the time Mr. Branflake got his job in Virginia, I was offered this teaching position. And I just couldn't say no. Mr. Branflake understood, in fact he was so excited he refused to even talk about me saying no. I swear that man is the most supportive husband in the world.

There was this sweet sign hanging on the cork board in my new office.
Then I was told it had been up there for years.
I appreciate the sentiment nonetheless!

The semester starts Monday and ends in May; that's why I'll be here for a bit longer.

So that's my big news. I'm sorry if it isn't big enough for some (a lot of you thought I was pregnant!), but this is big for me. I can't tell you how happy I am right now. I feel very blessed.

Thank you for all your continued love and support. I hope you enjoy this new journey in my life as 'Professor Branflake'. I know this will be a fun ride ahead.

Love you all!
